1. Method of delivery
The purchased plan is delivered by opening an account in the buyer's name on the Dijider cloud infrastructure. Nothing is shipped and no shipping fee is charged.
2. Delivery time
The account is activated within 2 business days of payment approval. Administrator sign-in details and a getting-started guide are sent to the email address given at checkout.
3. Domain and secure connection
For plans using your own domain, the buyer configures the DNS records. The seller sends the required records by email and installs the SSL certificate within 1 business day after DNS is in place.
4. Archive migration and training
Archive migration and training are delivered after activation according to a schedule agreed by the parties. Migration time depends on the archive size and the source system; the schedule is shared with the buyer in writing.
5. Delays
If the account cannot be activated within 2 business days, the buyer is informed. If the service cannot be provided within 30 days, the buyer may terminate the agreement and the full amount paid is refunded within 14 days.
6. Support
Support included in the plan is provided on business days between 09:00 and 18:00 (Türkiye time), through the channels and response times shown in the comparison table on the pricing page.
